I know I’ve taken a little vacation here, unexpectedly so at that. But… I’m engaged! That has made priorities re-adjust themselves dramatically, but I’m trying to get back into it all.

Take a look at this cheesecake recipe! For those of us who can’t do the dairy, hope is not all lost that we can’t have a yummy autumn of pumpkin. I can’t wait to try this one on my family.

There’s also some pumpkin waffles on there that are awfully tempting. Too bad I don’t have any pumpkin right now….
